Brynn Cooksey

Brynn Cooksey, CMS, RCT has been in the HVACR and Electrical industries for more than 18 years. He started as an employee of his family’s business and currently works as a Professor at Henry Ford College, and he instructs in the HVACR Technology, Power Engineering, and the Electrical Divisions. Cooksey specializes in industrial HVACR maintenance, service, equipment- performance testing and electrical-power generation. Brynn also serves as the Regional Director for Regions 8 and 11 and he is also a member of the Education and Examination Board. Additionally, Brynn is the President and Education Chairman for the Michigan State Association of RSES. An active member with many trade organizations, including ACCA, ASHRAE and RSES, he is also a training consultant for mechanical contractors, HVACR and Electrical supply distributors and training organizations. He holds several HVACR degrees, licenses, and certifications including five RSES Certificate Member Specialist awards in the categories of HVAC Electrical, Heating, Commercial Air-Conditioning, Dynamic Compression, and Domestic Service.
